Community Mobile Treatment Program
Positive Choices, Positive Voices
A 14-Day Community Transformation Program
Our 14-day community-based treatment program is designed to empower individuals to heal from trauma, addiction, and other challenges. Led by renowned Indigenous therapist Andy Nieman, this transformative experience provides a safe and supportive environment for personal growth and recovery.

This program is designed and delivered by Andy Nieman a First Nation Clinical Therapist with over 20 years’ experience specializing in trauma. A survivor of the Indian Residential School system Andy has 31 years of sobriety. He has learned after 21 years of Counselling with Residential School Survivors and their families exactly what it takes to heal and move forward in life in a safe, healthy, positive manner. This one-of-a-kind program is based upon scientifically proven, neurological, biological, psychological and medically approved research of the brain and its function, which enables a graduate to take immediate control of their triggered emotions that destroy relationships, sobriety, and peace of mind.
This Treatment program gives participants new tools-for-life that are guaranteed to assist them (provided they continue to use the tools) on how to be calm, how to control every “trigger” in their lives, and how to develop new dreams for themselves, their families, and their relationships. These healing tools can be used for the rest of their lives in everyday situations. These tools were created and developed by Andy, and they are very effective in helping participants to calm themselves and to restore peace in their minds, in their hearts and in their behaviors. This in turn, brings peace into their homes, relationships, and other areas of their lives.
Program Overview
This is a Treatment Program that can be delivered in any community.
It is a 14-Day Mobile Treatment Program and includes an 8-Week After Care Self-Help Work Journal titled: “MAKING PEACE INSIDE ME, THE HEALING HANDBOOK“. This Handbook is unique and only available to the Program Graduates.
The program is NOT about opening old wounds, it is about teaching participants how to take immediate control of their feelings and their lives. It is about living for today and the future. Therefore, there is no need for Support Workers as the participants will learn on day one how to control their own feelings and triggers. There is no quick fix to success in any of our lives. Success is achieved through hard work, consistency, and practice, using the life-changing tools. We also have a lot of FUN and laughter.
This program effectively addresses: Anger, Lateral Violence, Domestic Violence, Depression, Rage, Suicide Prevention, Low Self-Esteem, Substance Abuse, Successfully Dealing with the Impacts of the Indian Residential School and overcoming the effects of a Traumatic Childhood.
Once a participant completes the program and puts the teachings into effect, they will be calm, more confident, happier, more positive in key areas of their lives and new dreams will become possible and achieved as they continue to use the “tools”.
Maximum number of people accepted into the program is 12.
Program would start on a Tuesday and the Grad Ceremony would be on a Monday. Therefore, participants who are employees only need 10 days off work.
